As chief customer officer at InGenius, Woodard will focus on helping companies leverage InGenius’ data insights to drive growth in recruiting, agent and builder partner acquisition, and compliance with Community Reinvestment Act and fair lending regulations.
InGenius CEO Jeff Walton emphasized Woodard’s ability to help businesses navigate the evolving landscape of data utilization.
“As business intelligence becomes increasingly critical, many companies struggle to maximize the tools they invest in,” Walton said. “Sue has a proven track record of driving engagement and adoption, ensuring companies achieve the full benefits of their investments.”
Woodard said her decision to join InGenius stemmed from a desire to engage with industry professionals at all levels.
“Beyond working with executives, I want to support the people on the front lines who drive business every day,” she said. “I respect those who endure market fluctuations while adapting to shifting consumer, technological, and regulatory landscapes. Working in both roles allows me to provide a comprehensive perspective.”
Additional career stops for Woodard include a three-year stint as chief customer officer at fintech company Total Expert. She also spent two years as president and CEO of New Jersey-based Vantage Production, supporting sales and marketing for mortgage products.
She has also earned multiple spots on HousingWire‘s annual Women of Influence list.
