HRLocker to expand recruitment and employee management offering following HireHive merger

Cork and Clare software firms join to offer combined hiring and employee management systems

Cork-based recruitment platform developer HireHive is to merge with HRLocker.

The news comes just weeks after HRLocker, which is based in Clare, announced its acquisition by Invincible Software Holdings (ISH).

The merger represents a major strategic step in consolidating ISH’s portfolio offering as an end-to-end HR and recruitment platform, providing ISH’s more than 3,000 customers with a single solution to manage and oversee the employee journey from beginning to end. 

HRLocker offers a suite of tools to manage their workforce, from employee records and time tracking to performance evaluations and absence management. The addition of HireHive’s platform is expected to add significant time-savings, deeper analytics, multilingual capabilities, and dedicated human support to create a faster hiring process.
