About Competition
The 4th DYPLC Moot Court Competition, organized by Dr. D.Y. Patil Law College, Pimpri, is a premier legal event that hones advocacy skills, critical thinking, and legal acumen among aspiring lawyers. Providing a platform for students to simulate real-world courtroom experiences, the competition emphasizes research, drafting, and oral advocacy.
Since its inception in 2019, it has grown in stature, attracting top law institutions nationwide. The inaugural edition, judged by esteemed legal luminaries, set a high standard for excellence and competitive spirit.
Theme
Human Trafficking and the Law: Justice, Rights, and Rehabilitation.
Eligibility
- The Competition is open to all students enrolled in a 5-year law course and 3 years law course conducted by any institution recognised by UGC/BCI.
- A recognized institution/University shall be entitled to send a maximum of two teams to the moot competition.

- Registration Fees for online round – ₹2,000/-
- Registration Fees for Advance Offline Rounds – ₹2500/-
