A defense attorney for the suspect in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson told a Manhattan judge on Friday she was concerned about possible suppression of evidence as the state case moves forward against her client, Luigi Mangione.
“There is a serious search and seizure issue,” Karen Friedman Agnifilo told Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gregory Carro. “We think our client’s rights were violated.”
