Jurors seated in the fraud trial of Frank creator Charlie Javice will not see her messages lamenting the conviction of Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes, a Manhattan federal judge ruled on Tuesday.

Prosecutors allege Javice and her co-defendant Olivier Amar misled JPMorganChase about the number of users of their company, a student aide fintech startup, thereby duping the bank into a $175 million acquisition.
