Counsel for Apple Inc. have filed a notice of appeal after U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta rejected the iPhone maker’s motion to intervene as a defendant in the United States v. Google internet search monopoly case.
Latham & Watkins on behalf of Apple transmitted dozens of documents to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Wednesday as the hardware giant seeks a favorable decision overturning Mehta’s order.
