With our AI Assistant, you can enjoy the benefits of automation of email production while maintaining the ability to review, edit, and customize each email. The AI Assistant can generate different types of emails to fit your unique marketing objectives:

  • series of webinar emails — from invitations and reminders to post-event follow-ups — ensuring no step in your funnel goes unnoticed;
  • email digest, bundling your latest news or product updates into a concise, engaging format;
  • surprise campaign, specifying a topic so the AI Assistant can craft a randomly generated promo email to spark fresh ideas or test out a novel approach.

Seamless integration and a user-friendly interface

AI Hub menu: You can access the AI Assistant directly from the AI Hub menu on the left panel of your Stripo account. This integration ensures a seamless experience that doesn’t disrupt your current workflow.

What is the AI Hub?

The AI Hub is a dedicated space within your Stripo account where you can automatically create email messages using generative AI. You’ll find the AI Hub on the sidebar area of your account. Once on the AI Hub page, you can configure and control every aspect of email generation, from initial setup to final design, to ensure you get emails that reflect your brand’s unique voice and goals.

Here’s how it works in practice:

  1. Set up basic information. Use the “AI ​​Settings” control to add essential details about your company, such as its name, logo, website, and tone of voice.
  2. Generate emails via a prompt. Click the “New AI request” button and provide a prompt that describes your task. For instance, you might specify who the target audience is or which website to use as the data source.
  3. Control the flow. Based on the information you provided, the AI Hub will generate a high-level description of your future emails. You can edit this description to steer the AI toward exactly what you need.
  4. Edit the layout and sections. The system will propose an email layout and a more detailed breakdown of each section. You can freely add or modify parts of each email and customize the content to fit your messaging.
  5. Generate the final email appearance. Once everything is aligned, the AI Assistant will generate the final appearance of your emails. However, you can still make tweaks using the Settings panel, which is divided into three tabs — for content, styles, and general information — to fine-tune your campaigns.
  6. Integrate seamlessly. Finally, you can upload the generated emails directly to your current project, saving time and effort in transferring your work across different tools or pages.

How to create a personalized campaign with Stripo’s AI Assistant

With our AI Assistant, you have the power to control every aspect of your email campaigns. Choose the number of emails to generate, set the subject lines, and customize the content to suit your needs. Stripo’s AI Assistant provides suggestions and automates the creation process, but you retain the final say, so you to edit and refine each email at any time. This ensures that your emails are not only created efficiently but also meet your exact specifications and standards.

Initiating the AI Assistant is simple. Click the green bar on the bottom panel to open the setup window, and you will then be guided through the setup process. The same bar at the bottom will keep you informed of the progress by showing your completion status and reaching 100 percent once all the fields, including your website address, have been filled. It’s important to note that you can fill in information about your brand to create emails that are tailored to it.

1. Outline generation

At this stage, you can choose the type of email (webinar, digest, or surprise) and determine how many you need. To promote a webinar, for example, simply enter the link to your webinar landing page in the specified field and click the magic wand icon to start the prompt. The AI Assistant will pull the relevant data. We are working continuously to enhance our AI Assistant, so it will support more advanced capabilities, including promotional and trigger-based emails, once we have perfected this approach.

Automated email series: The AI Assistant creates a series of emails, each with a specific purpose and timing:

  1. Announce the upcoming webinar and introduce the speakers.
  2. Reminder about the webinar happening tomorrow.
  3. A final reminder on the day of the webinar.

Our AI Assistant is still evolving. While we’ve made significant progress, some features may not work perfectly yet. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we refine it further. 

2. Email sequence

Editable content blocks: Each email is composed of various blocks that you can edit to suit your needs. You can click the three-dot menu at the bottom of a block to reveal two options — Edit and Delete. When you choose Edit, you can modify and then save your changes.

Regeneration options: If you need to tweak the content, simply click the AI Assistant button on the bottom right to regenerate specific parts of your campaign and make adjustments as needed.

3. Email structure

After completing step 2, click on the “Next” button in the upper right corner and proceed to the email structure of your generated emails.

Each generated email contains the following:

  • header: Company logo and a quick link to log in;
  • introduction: Brief overview of the webinar and speakers;
  • coverage list: Detailed topics to be covered in the webinar;
  • event information: Date, time, and calendar links;
  • call to action: Persuasive CTA inviting readers to join;
  • past webinars: Highlights from previous successful webinars;
  • footer: Standard footer with unsubscribe options and contact information.

At this stage, you have the flexibility to modify both the content and structure of each email according to your needs. At the top of the interface, you will see numbered tabs that correspond to each generated email and allow you to switch between them effortlessly.

You can rearrange the modules by simply dragging and dropping them into the desired position. If you move your cursor between two existing blocks, an icon will appear that will enable you to insert a new block.

When holding your cursor over a module, a settings icon will appear on the right. From here, you can:

  • regenerate the content of the selected module;
  • edit the module manually;
  • copy the module;
  • delete the module.

Additionally, you will find an AI Assistant button in the lower-right corner. Clicking this button will allow you to regenerate the entire email if necessary.

4. Design and content

During this phase, the AI Assistant determines the most suitable modules for each section of your email based on your descriptions and any data sources you’ve provided. You can update subject lines (including adding emojis), refine the design, and regenerate content as needed. However, please note that creating or importing custom modules directly from the editor is currently not supported. The AI Assistant produces a cohesive email that reflects your overall vision by combining your campaign’s context with automated text and image generation.

Dynamic content sourcing

To add more context and detail, the AI Assistant analyzes your prompts, landing pages, and other specified URLs and extracts key elements, like speaker names, event details, and past webinars. This can include translating text from one language to another when needed. The result is a more personalized email, complete with links to social media platforms like TikTok — although occasional formatting hiccups may arise if a given module’s design needs to be updated.

Previewing and editing the output

Once your emails have been generated, you’ll see suggested subject lines derived from your campaign details. You can refine or replace them, including adding emojis, to better capture your brand’s tone and style.

Beyond the subject lines, much of the email’s content — often referred to as “assets” or “content” — is presented in JSON format. While this approach accelerates development, it may not look as polished as a final user interface. Over time, we plan to refine how these assets are displayed and managed within the platform.

You can edit these assets manually — adding or modifying data at a code level — and then regenerate emails with your updates or save them to the Stripo editor for further customization.

Using different themes

You can choose from a set of predefined CSS themes to instantly change the look and feel of your emails by adjusting fonts, colors, and button styles to match your brand. In the future, we plan to include live template previews at this step to allow you to select styles from your saved templates or generate them from your website link for better brand consistency. Simply click on the theme you want to apply, and its CSS will instantly style your entire campaign.

Making copies and saving your work

If you want to further refine a generated email, you can open it in the Stripo editor. This creates a copy while preserving your original campaign in the AI Hub. Any changes you make, such as deleting or rearranging modules, affect only the copied email, leaving your original version intact.

You can also click on the “preview” icon next to the “edit” icon to see how the emails will be displayed on desktop and mobile.

When everything looks perfect, you can save your finalized emails by selecting the project or folder where you’d like them to reside. In the future, we hope to streamline this workflow so that each campaign is automatically saved under its active project or folder, thus minimizing extra steps and keeping your workspace neatly organized.
