About the Conclave

We are delighted to announce that the Amity Legal Aid Society at Amity Law School, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus, will be hosting the 5th National Amity Legal Conclave 2025 from 24th to 28th February 2025.

As part of this prestigious event, we invite submissions of research papers, articles, essays, and poetry for publication in a book with an ISBN, to be published by Highbrow Phantom Publishing House, an international publishing enterprise based in the USA.

Submission Guidelines

• Poetry: No word limit
• Articles/Essays: 1500–2000 words
• Research Papers: 5000 words

Formatting Instructions

• Manuscript:
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Headings: Font size 14
  • Main Body: Font size 12, line spacing 1.5
  • Plagiarism: Must be below 20%
• Endnotes:
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 10 pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.0 (single spacing)
  • Placement: Endnotes should appear at the end of the document, after the conclusion but before the references.
  • Numbering: Consecutively numbered throughout the document (e.g., 1, 2, 3, etc.).
  • Indentation: Hanging indent (first line aligned with the left margin, subsequent lines indented).
  • Citation Format: Follow the specified citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
