Oklahoma City Police arrested three individuals for allegedly installing skimmers at two Bank of America ATMs. Authorities discovered multiple identical deep insert skimmers at the locations, along with pinhole cameras, according to a report by KFOR.
After reviewing video footage, authorities identified a Jeep Wagoneer with a Washington plate that had been rented from California. From there, police tracked the vehicle to an Oklahoma City AirBnb property, and later obtained a search warrant.
The three men arrested are Valentine Teogas, Sebastian Bulacu and Florin Radu. Police believe these suspects are part of a “transnational organized crime group,” Sergeant Dillon Qurik said in the report.
The three men are held on charges of using a device to access card information and cloning debit or credit card.
