About the Blog
Fashion Law IP Blog aims to raise awareness about the legal aspects that shape both the glamorous and traditional sides of fashion.
From protecting the unique creations of designers to preserving traditional crafts and ensuring fair practices, we explore the legalities supporting every facet of the fashion industry.
The blog delves into the intersection of fashion with intellectual property and other legal domains, including contract law, employment law, environmental law, consumer protection, and labor law.
