Commercial Property Executive welcomes you to our 2025 surveys and rankings calendar, including two new rankings!

Our comprehensive rankings are calculated using a range of weighted factors from data collected via our surveys. The resulting lists are published in our digital issues, posted to our Research Center and widely disseminated via our websites, newsletters and social media.

This year, CPE has added two rankings: We’re bringing back the Leading Real Estate Law Firms and introducing a Top Architects and Designers ranking. They’ll be launching later in the year. Stay tuned for their survey and publish dates.
